In order to achieve the above purpose, the technical means of the spring contact life test method is to install the spring contact finger in the positioning ring groove of the contact table, so that the coaxially installed contact and the spring contact finger are relatively inserted and pulled in the axial direction, and the counter is used to count the deformation of the spring contact finger in real time. The position of the contact is fixed, and the contact is installed on a mounting device capable of reciprocating motion, the counter is a mechanical counter, and the mounting device is connected to the mechanical counter via an elastic structure.


The technical scheme of the spring contact life test fixture is a spring contact finger life test fixture including a contact seat for installing the spring contact finger. The contact seat is provided with a positioning ring groove for installing the spring contact finger. The depth of the positioning ring groove can enable the inner diameter arc surface of the spring contact finger to protrude from the incision. It also has a mounting device, which is equipped with contacts that are coaxially fitted with the contact positioning ring groove, at least one of the contact and the contact is axially movable, the position of the contact is fixed, the contact is reciprocally movable, and the mechanical counter is coupled to the mounting device via an elastic structure.


The spring contact life measurement method is simple and easy to operate. The spring contact finger is installed in the positioning ring groove of the contact table. The pressing of the spring contact finger can be completed only by making the coaxial contact and the spring contact finger relatively plug and pull along the axial direction. The operation can be stopped at any time by counting the counter. The spring contact finger is pressed according to the number of plug and pull-in times. The elastic structure is used to connect the mounting device for installing the reciprocating contact and the mechanical counter, the count is automatically performed whenever the mounting device reciprocates, reducing the labor of the operator.
