The spring contact finger is used to solve the problem of the finger spring installation failure caused by the finger spring pressing on the guide cone surface due to its excessive clamping force in the prior art. When the force spring mechanism with inner sleeve part is installed, the force spring mechanism is only placed on the upper end of the expanded finger spring, and the force spring mechanism is pressed down to make the pressing end move downward along the expansion face of the expansion mechanism, as a result, the spring contact finger is installed on the lower valve-shaped finger to avoid the problem of poor installation of the finger spring caused by the large radial pressing force of the finger spring being pressed on the expanded surface and not sliding downward along the expanded surface, thus improving the installation of the finger spring. In the high-voltage industry, clamping the valve-shaped contact finger with an annular spring is a commonly used method. The clamping force of the spring contact finger is an important guarantee for the close contact between the valve-shaped contact finger and the conductor. When the spring contact finger is installed in the conductive recess of the wing-shaped finger contact part, it needs to be installed after the finger is unfolded to contact the spring. After the finger spring moves to the specified position along the expanding surface, the spring of the baffle-shaped finger spring is pushed away along the radial direction in the process of covering the finger spring on the upper part of the conical frame and gradually increasing the diameter of the upper end of the conical frame by pressing the guide sleeve; if the diameter of the lower end of the conical skeleton is smaller than the diameter of the upper end, the finger spring slides downward along the conical surface of the conical skeleton under the action of its own elastic force, and contracts radially until it falls to the corresponding position of the valve-like probe on the positioning table.

The surface finger mounting seat has: used to apply a force to the spring mounting position of the finger pressure piece installed on the bulging finger to move toward the bulging finger.


The spring contact tooling also has a force spring mechanism driving mechanism, the output end of the force spring mechanism driving mechanism is connected with the force part, so that the force spring mechanism moves back and forth in the axis direction of its inner hole, the spring contact tooling has a push spring mechanism with an inner cylinder part, when installing the finger contact spring, as long as the push spring mechanism is arranged at the upper end of the expanded finger contact spring, press the push spring mechanism to make its push end move downward along the expansion face of the expansion mechanism, and the spring contact fingers are inserted downward together to avoid and improve the problem of poor installation of the spring contact fingers caused by the large radial clamping force of the finger contact spring being pressed on the expansion face and not sliding downward along the expansion face.
