When the circuit breaker works in the distribution circuit, the spring contact finger is required to be connected with large normal current or short circuit and overload current, therefore, the spring contact finger must have a certain final pressure to overcome the electric repulsive force generated by the energized current. Disadvantages: no process monitoring, low indication accuracy, high requirements for contact piece deformation. In the ON state, the wear condition of the contact is monitored online according to the magnetic induction intensity detected by the Hall magnetic induction element. Disadvantages: easily affected by magnetic field, the output value changes greatly and is not accurate. Current technology does not have a device and method for monitoring contact spring pressure in real time.

The spring contact finger is provided with a contact support and a contact arranged on the contact support, the contact can move relative to the contact, one end of the contact spring is connected and fixed with the contact support, and the other end is connected and fixed with the contact In the contact system, the sensor is also provided on the contact support, the sensor is connected to the input terminal of the signal filter shaping circuit, and the analog signal input terminal of the conversion circuit is connected to the output terminal of the signal shaping filter circuit, A data input port of the microprocessor is connected to a digital signal output terminal of the/D conversion circuit, and a data output section is connected to a data output port of the microprocessor.


The spring contact finger support is provided with a spring mounting hole, one end of the contact spring is arranged in the spring mounting hole; the sensor is fixed in a cavity supported by the contact, and the cavity is combined with the bottom of the spring mounting hole.


The spring contact index data output unit is a data communication unit. The data communication unit establishes data communication with external equipment. The on-line monitoring system of the touch spring force of the low-voltage circuit breaker can install a pressure sensor in the circuit breaker contactor system. Through the real-time output of the sensor signal acquisition, the intuitive real-time monitoring of the value or value change of the spring pressure of the contactor system can directly reflect the operating state of the contactor system and its circuit breaker, to a certain extent, quantitative monitoring of the life cycle of the contactor system is convenient for users to replace the circuit breaker whose operation times are close to the end of the whole life cycle.
