The middle and late period of the "Twelfth Five-Year Plan" is a stage of gaining momentum. The growth rate of electricity consumption in my country will remain at about 5.0-7.0, and the total electricity consumption will reach 5.7-6 trillion kWh. The "13th Five-Year Plan" is the recovery phase. During this phase, the growth rate of electricity consumption in the whole society will increase to about 5.5-7.5 percent. In 2020, the electricity consumption of the whole society will reach 6.7-7 trillion kilowatt hours.
From 2020 to 2030, it will be in a stable stage. Starting from 2020, my country's industrialization will be basically completed, and the growth rate of electricity consumption in the whole society will slowly decline, the average growth rate will be reduced to 3.0-4.0, and the total social electricity consumption will reach about 10 trillion kWh.
